Refund Policy

Services

Due to the creative nature of our work, all services provided by Eleven|SixtySix, including but not limited to video production, creative direction, design, and content creation, are non-refundable once work has commenced. We prioritize clear communication and transparency to ensure that clients are satisfied with the process and final deliverables. However, if you have concerns during any stage of the project, please contact us immediately to address them.

Products

For any physical or digital products sold through our platform, we offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery (for physical goods).

  • The digital product was not delivered as promised or is defective.

To be eligible for a refund on a physical product, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item, along with proof of the issue. For digital products, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our team at office@elevensixtysix.com. We may request proof of purchase or additional details to process your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Customized creative services (e.g., video production, design work).

  • Digital products after they have been downloaded.

  • Services that have been completed or are in progress

Changes to Refund Policy

Eleven|SixtySix reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
